Tiffany Farmer  – Head Coach 

Tiff is venturing into her 20th summer coaching the Hempfield Stingrays. She also currently coaches with the Lancaster Lightning YMCA swim team. She is also a lifeguard and teaches water aerobics at the Rec.  This past year she became a lifeguard instructor trainers certification. She is the proud mom of three kids. Her oldest, just finished his freshman year at Shippensburg University.  Her middle son is a Junior at Hempfield High school, and her youngest is an eighth grader at Landisville Middle school (and a Stingtray swimmer). Coach Tiff is very excited to see what great things the Stingrays will accomplish this summer.

Lizzie Ebert – Assistant Coach

Lizzie graduated from Wilson High School where she swam and played water polo. She was a captain of the Wilson High School Swim Team. Lizzie earned All-American status in the 200 and 400 Free Relays, as well as All-State Honorable Mention in the 100 and 500 Free. She also earned All-County, All-District, and All-State in the 200 Free. After graduating from Wilson, she swam at George Mason University for two years where she specialized in distance freestyle, earning a spot on the All-Time Top 10 in the 1650 Freestyle. Lizzie then transferred to Millersville University for the education program, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. Outside of teaching, she hopes to stay connected to her favorite sport by coaching.  In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends and family, as well as explore as much of the world as she can. 

Mia Grove – Assistant Coach

Mia is a 2018 graduate of Hempfield and this will be her second season coaching for the Stingrays. Mia’s older brother Max also swam and coached for the team. Mia previously swam for the Stingrays for 12 years. She is a rising sophomore at West Virginia University majoring in Marketing and Accounting. Mia can’t wait to meet new swimmers and see all the returning swimmers!
